Goods in Transit Insurance
While every effort is made to ensure your goods arrive safely, there are occasions where things don’t go to plan. That’s why we offer a range of goods in transit insurance options, giving you confidence and protection with every delivery.
We provide multiple levels of cover depending on your requirements. All deliveries are covered as standard, with the option to increase cover where needed. Any requests for additional cover should be made prior to transport being arranged.
Our Levels of Cover
Level 1 – Standard Cover
All deliveries are covered under our standard terms, providing cover up to £1,300 per tonne, or £500, whichever is greater. This is suitable for most general consignments.
Level 2 – Enhanced Cover (Up to £15,000)
Available free of charge on request, this level of cover is ideal for mid to higher-value consignments where standard cover may not be sufficient.
Level 3 – Extended Cover (Up to £100,000)
Available on request for an additional fee, this provides cover for high-value or specialist consignments. Our team can provide a quote based on your specific requirement.
Bespoke Cover
If your goods exceed £100,000 in value, we can look to arrange specialist insurance cover. Please speak to our team in advance so we can source the most appropriate solution.
