Storage
We are able to store graduate fair stands, banners, equipment, marketing materials, audio visual equipment and any other items required. This can be done on an ad-hoc basis, year round or on / off season. We can also accept deliveries directly from your suppliers. Our storage locations in Kent and London are perfectly positioned for transport into London or via Dover into Europe
Delivery
GJS will deploy one of its graduate fair couriers to deliver the goods to the university or event centre. Our extensive knowledge of event centres, UK and European universities and hotels mean that we are experienced in dealing with any unexpected challenges.
Set Up
Our dedicated team will set up all event stands and exhibition equipment to your specification. We’re familiar with all types of graduate fair banners and stands and can also accommodate more complex equipment if needed. When you arrive at the university your stand, banners and marketing materials will be in place ready to go.
Collection
At the end of each event our team will carefully dismantle and pack away all kit, ready for onward transport, leaving you free to leave without delay.
