Onboarding & Planning

Onboarding & Planning

After your account goes live, we conduct a brief onboarding session to learn about your events program and team workflow.

We coordinate your calendar, define the event kit and setup, confirm collection points, lead times, and replenishment, and align on contacts, communication, and billing.

We also optimise routes and load your schedule into our system, keeping everything aligned as your plans evolve.

Collection & Warehousing

Collection & Warehousing

With your plan in place, we arrange the initial collection of your event kit from your offices, storage or suppliers.

We confirm items in advance, then log and store them in our warehouse management system for easy access.

We can collect from print and merchandise suppliers nationwide, often within 60 minutes, and provide storage at no extra cost as part of your delivery service.

Pre Event Preparation

Pre Event Preparation

As your events approach, we turn your plan into clear, event-by-event instructions.

We confirm key details, including venue, timings, contacts and exactly what needs to be delivered for each fair. We also agree your preferred stand layout so it can be recreated consistently.

Our team then prepares event-specific kits, either from pre-packed boxes or picked from bulk stock, using a shared schedule that stays updated as your plans evolve.

Delivery & Set Up

Delivery & Set Up

On the day of each event, we ensure everything arrives on site, on time and set up exactly as agreed.

Our team delivers within the agreed window, locates your stand and unloads all materials in line with venue requirements. They then build and dress your stand, positioning banners, collateral, merchandise and any equipment as planned.

Where possible, we remain on site until your team arrives and can provide photos for added reassurance.

Breakdown & Return

Breakdown & Return

At the end of each event, we handle the breakdown so your team can leave the venue promptly.

Our team dismantles your stand and re-packs all materials, ready for onward movement.

We then return your kit to our warehouse for checking and preparation, move it directly to the next event, or send it back to your office as required. We also refresh reusable items, update stock levels and flag any damage or shortages.

Wrap Up & Review

Wrap Up & Review

At the end of your campaign, we complete a structured wrap-up to bring everything together.

We reconcile remaining stock, check key items and confirm next steps for your materials, including return, ongoing storage or disposal.

We can hold your kit ready for future activity or return it in line with your timelines. We also review the campaign from a logistics perspective, helping refine future events.
