Our specialist team of logistics planners will support you throughout the planning of any event, discussing the location and requirements in detail. GJS will plan the logistical side of the event and forward a report to the customer for sign off.
GJS will collect the event equipment from the customer in preparation for the event.
GJS are able to store conference stands, equipment, marketing materials, audio visual equipment and any other items required. This can be done on an ad-hoc basis, year round or on / off season. Our storage locations in Kent and London are perfectly positioned for transport into London or via Dover into Europe.
GJS will deploy one of its own vehicles, from a small van to HGV, to deliver the goods to the event centre. Our extensive knowledge of event centres, UK and European universities and hotels mean that we are experienced in dealing with the challenges associated.
GJS staff will construct event stands and exhibition equipment to the specification of the customer. This can include pop up stands, banner stands, modular systems, folding panel kits, gantry systems, light boxes, furniture, literature racks, freestanding display stands, audio visual multimedia displays (including computers, plasma or LCD screens, DVD players, sound systems), poster displays, full scale office or retail mock ups and more.
GJS will ensure that the display is constructed to the customer’s requirements and handover with a sign off by the on-site contact. An electronic proof of delivery will be sent to the booker of the job via email within seconds of completion.
At the end of the event, or at a time specified by the customer, GJS will return and dismantle the items.
Goods will be delivered to the address specified by the customer, usually back to their premises or to GJS for storage.

Marketing Items Processing
GJS are able to store and fulfil orders for marketing items, such as brochures, magazines and promotional objects. Upon receipt of an order, via either email, telephone or online, items can be picked, counted, packed and delivered to an event.
GJS can provide full reporting, including marketing item consumption reports and bespoke reporting as part of any event booking.
On occasions, GJS will have more than one client exhibiting at the same event. In this occurrence, and at the express approval all parties, GJS can consolidate bookings and provide discounted rates.
GJS can provide various size flight cases and flight case ramps.
Customs and ATA Carnet for Non EU Events
For non EU events GJS are able to handle all customs paperwork for import and export of equipment as well as ATA Carnet documentation.
