We are looking for a professional, friendly and reliable Telephonist / Controller to assist our busy Operations Team in Medway.
- Monday to Friday 6.30am - 10.30am with overtime available
- Full training and uniform provided

Typical days will involve:
- Taking telephone bookings from customers
- Dealing with customer queries
- Allocating jobs to drivers and routing accordingly
- Following internal processes to ensure customer requests are correctly fulfilled
- Ad-hoc office tasks
Required experience / skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent telephone manner and professional approach
- A high level of attention to details
- Good geographical knowledge of Kent and London
- A passion for delivering the finest customer service possible
