GJS Services Limited – Terms & Condition

1. General
   GJS Services provides access to its Website to sell its services to the Customer subject to the following terms and conditions. Use of our Website signifies the Customers agreement to these terms and conditions.
2. Customers Account
   GJS Services reserves the right to refuse access to the Website, terminate accounts or cancel jobs at our discretion. Any job cancellations under these circumstances will be without charge to the Customer.
   
   The Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password details. The Customer agrees to take responsibility for all activities that take place on this account. The Customer must notify GJS Services immediately if a the Customer suspects that the password has become known to an unauthorised user.
   
   The Customer must ensure that information supplied is accurate and updated when necessary.
3. Website Access
   GJS Services will make every effort to ensure that the availability of the Website remains uninterrupted and error free. However, due to the nature of the internet this statement cannot be guaranteed. For time to time the Website may be unavailable due to essential repairs or updates. GJS will attempt to limit the frequency of events such as this and ensure that the Customer is made aware in advance.
4. Reproduction
   The Website, in part or in full, may not be reproduced, copied or otherwise exploited for any purpose without the written consent of GJS Services.
   
   Users may not use any meta tags or such tools utilising GJS Services name or website without the express permission of GJS Services. The GJS Services logo may not be copied, framed or captured without the express permission of GJS Services.
5. Conduct
   The Website must not be used in any way that damages or causes interruption to the services provided by GJS Services.
   
   The Website must be used for lawful purposes only.
